Bigga$tate From Homeless to Celebrity Star

Bigga$tate believes you don’t wait for opportunities – you create your own. As a publicist active in celebrity news, entertainment, and many other endeavors, he understands what it takes to pull oneself up the long ladder of success. His story began amidst significant personal struggles, including experiencing homelessness. But his background shaped his determination and his resourceful approach to the entertainment industry.

He has helped establish and sustain many successful careers, both for himself and for others. Some of his breakthroughs happened quickly, while others took more consistent effort and sponsored support. But in the end, much of his work happens behind the scenes and is built on a foundation of wanting to see others succeed as he did.

An entrepreneur and mentor

Bigga$tate, whose real name is Jonathan Henderson, is the CEO of Bigga$tate PR, with sponsorships from Snipes USA. He identifies as a celebrity publicist, musician, actor, co-director, label executive, TV producer, investor, gamer celebrity reporter, radio host, and sponsored streamer. He learned the industry by mastering a large number of different roles, which allows him to work independently.

Since its launch in 2020, Bigga$tate PR has become a well-respected marketing and communications firm for a diverse group of clients, including Netflix’s Squid Game: The Challenge, Zeus Network, and No Jumper, with the firm achieving “Pro Vetted” status on Fiverr. He also mentors students in PR and marketing at Springboard.

Growing up abandoned in Chicago, Bigga$tate quickly learned to be self-reliant. He used his experience to focus on his work and find opportunities in every connection. And his attitude has fueled his drive to help others achieve their goals. He holds no resentment toward those who come to him “after the fact.” “I choose to see opportunity in every connection, even with those who once tried to use me,” he explains. “I’ve realized I was built with an abundance meant to be shared. That mindset gave me peace, and it’s why I made it my mission to help others achieve their dreams alongside me.”

A versatile force in entertainment

Bigga$tate is skilled at connecting powerful entertainment networks, and his extensive client list includes Justin E. Young, Kenny Brooks, Gina Views, and many others. He also works with various platforms and will be the lead actor and producer in the upcoming project, The Heart Tells Tales.

He is a scout for the Global Gaming League, a sponsored gamer, and a partnered Twitch streamer. Also, he has co-directed skits and was cast by Breezy Films in Out of the Darkness. He even co-directed a season of Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay and co-created the Netflix-sponsored Quid Game #181 Tour.

More recently, he was featured in Chance the Rapper’s music video, and, at present, just released Safari, a single featuring Grammy-nominated rapper Ink Dawg of Rap-A-Lot Records, with support from sponsors including WWE.
