Anna’s “Bando” To Be Featured in the Soundtrack of “Fast X”
The tenth film of the “Fast & Furious” saga will include a remix version of the breakthrough hit song of the rapper. She is the only Italian artist of the soundtrack
With her hit song Bando, Italian rapper Anna will be part of the soundtrack of “Fast X,” the new film of the “Fast & Furious” saga. The hit song that launched the rapper’s career will appear with a remix version together with fellow rappers Gemitaiz and MadMan. The movie will be released in Europe on May 17 and in the United States on May 19.
“FAST X (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)” will be released on streaming platforms on May 19. The tracklist includes artists such as J Balvin, Skrillex, Jimin (BTS), Daddy Yankee, among others.
“I’m so grateful for such a great opportunity,” said Anna, who is the only Italian artist of the tracklist. “I’m honored to represent Italy in the soundtrack of ‘Fast X’ and give my contribution to one of the longest-running movie sagas of all time.”
About Anna and “Bando”
Anna released “Bando” in 2020 as an independent artist. The song quickly became a viral phenomenon. It gave her a massive visibility on national radio stations and a record deal with Virgin Records / Universal Music Italia.
Besides hitting no. 1 in Italy (where it was certified double platinum), “Bando” also entered the official music charts in Germany, France, Austria and Switzerland.
On Spotify, it reached no. 4 of the Global Viral 50 and entered the local charts in Austria, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Finland, France, India, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United States. She is in the top 10 of the most successful female artists of 2022 on that platform in Italy.
As of today, she counts over 700 million streams overall and 88 million views of her videos.
In 2022 Anna released her debut EP, “Lista 47.” She has already collaborated with top Italian rappers such as Guè, Sfera Ebbasta, Lazza and the aforementioned Gemitaiz and MadMan. Her latest single is “Energy.” She is now working on new material to be released later this year.
