Who Is Competing at Sanremo 2023: View the Full List of Contestants
On Sunday, December 4th, the artistic director and main host Amadeus unveiled the 22 names of the “Big”
The wait is finally over. The names of the contestants competing at the 73rd edition of the Sanremo Festival were announced by Amadeus – artistic director and main host of the event – during the lunch-time edition of the news on Rai 1. Sanremo 2023 will be taking place from February 7th to February 11th.
The “Big” are 22, like last year. They include comebacks as well as first times, as in the case of Lazza (confirming the long-running rumours about his participation), LDA, and Rosa Chemical.
Here is the full list of the contestants of Sanremo 2023, as announced by Amadeus:

The titles of their songs will be unveiled on December 16th during the finale of Sanremo Giovani. That night, six talents (they were three last year) will be selected among the 12 candidates to compete with the aforementioned 22 “Big”, for a whopping total of 28 singers or groups.
Update: the six talents from Sanremo Giovani, who complete the full lineup of 28 artists, are gIANMARIA (winner of the contest), Olly, Will, Sethu, Colla Zio, and Shari.
